I am a new resident and moved in one month ago. The office staff helped me find the perfect apartment for me. Their assistance made the transition into my new residence a breeze. My apartment has been newly renovated and is very nice and spotless. Maintenance is quick and thorough. My neighbors are friendly, and the place is quiet. We were looking for an apartment in Henrico and checked up many. I would say the last we checked up Madison Apartment and we really liked it and moved in mid of Feb 2024. The leasing office was very helpful in completing all the formalities and the maintenance service here is really quick. Highly recommended.
We love living here! We moved here from Boston so the affordability, green space, and amenities are amazing to us. The maintenance crew is responsive and helpful. I will say, I wish the office staff was a bit more responsive. I have reached out directly to them about a few questions and have not heard back. But overall, we really enjoy living here. It is extremely proximal to any store you would need and some nice walking trails.

I love living here at apartment #528 and I’ve only been here for around 5-6months! It is so peaceful and pleasant. I love the way everyone is so friendly and active, it makes it feel like the place to be and I am very glad to be here. From the looks of things as of now, I’m pretty sure I’ll be here a few more years! I love how friendly the staff is, the events that occur and I can’t forget to mention how helpful one phone call to the maintenance or staff are, it really only takes one call and it’s handled. I love it here!!!
