Dwight was great! He had me in and out of the store quickly with just the right mattress and a very quick delivery date. I have bought mattresses here before and would definitely buy here again.
My girlfriend and I had travelled to several stores before, but their selection wasn't to our liking, and at Mattress Factory we felt we were also getting honest, friendly advice. We went there three times, to continue narrowing down the selection, and ultimately got a great bed, and for a great Labor Day deal

Bernie was excellent in helping both my daughter and I select the best mattresses for us. Was very knowledgeable about all the models and offered his insights based on the models we dwindled down too. Did not rush us which was appreciated for a big decision.
