We purchased a medium Serra sleeper mattress from Dywte The mattress wasn’t want we were looking for. The mattress was too hard and we were told we could come back in and exchange it within 30 days if we were not happy, we came back a week later and said we were not happy and he told us that it would be $300 to exchange the mattress and to wait another couple of weeks just to make sure. We came back in again and the salesman John Told me that I had to come back when Dwight was there again
