My friend and I went to The Mattress Factory in Exton, PA during the 4th of July sale on a recommendation by a friend. We were each looking for a mattress. Our sales associate, Dwight was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, answered our questions and concerns, and most importantly...did not pressure us into buying a mattress. I met with John in your Exton store, telling him that I needed a mid price firm queen size mattress for my daughter and son-in law arriving from Sante Fe, NM, at our home in the evening on 10/23 to spend the week. He showed me exactly what I wanted: a firm mid priced, queen sized mattress, since my son-in-law has a bad back. The men delivered it on 10/23 in the late afternoon.
