My friend and I went to The Mattress Factory in Exton, PA during the 4th of July sale on a recommendation by a friend. We were each looking for a mattress. Our sales associate, Dwight was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, answered our questions and concerns, and most importantly...did not pressure us into buying a mattress.
