The salesman/manager, John Nalbandian, was very friendly and helpful, but not pushy. He explained all the prices and was quick to complete our order. I will definitely use Mattress Factory in the future, and would recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Very easy process. I looked online first before I went into the store to try out my choices. The sales person was helpful but no pressuring me. I was in and out in 20 min. Love the bed I got in 2 days!
