Amazing experience thanks to Ron at the Mattress Factory in Vineland, NJ. Me and my husband were still on the fence and didn’t know which exact mattress we wanted, we didn’t even know what kind of mattress we were looking for(obvious first time mattress buyers).. Ron provided us with excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable and was able to find us a mattress that fit all of our needs including our budget.. We are looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress!

Mike Walker helped us with our purchases . We went in store and Mike had asked us what kind of mattress we currently have. And he then asked why we were looking for a new mattress & how old is the mattress. He then showed us a couple mattresses that would help for our needs. Mike is very knowledgeable and understanding.
