I had a great experience with Ron who understood my requirements and only showed me products that would work best for me. He went the extra mile to even photograph me lying on the bed sideways which is my normal sleeping position to illustrate the importance of alignment. I have been shopping for a mattress for sometime and must say did not come across anyone like Ron who has your needs in focus then trying to make a sale.
