Buying a new bed that fits my needs can be difficult, but Mark guided me through and I found a mattress that was comfortable, was a great price, and was in stock and was able to be delivered within the short amount of time that I needed the mattress.

Mark was the person who helped us! He was so spectacular!! We have had enormous problems with our mattresses for 10 years. We never knew what the real reason that our mattresses kept failing. We had a heavenly bed & a Sealy. The Sealy failed within 2 years. They wouldn’t honor our warranty because our mattress depression wasn’t 1.5” yet but the mattress was killing our backs and had a huge valley in it. Mark identified the problem. I got a great mattress at a good price. I left one of your competitors to simply check out the Mattress Factory, and ended up purchasing one on my first visit...largely due to Dwight's superb customer service. Not only did I feel good about my experience, but I enjoyed conversing with Dwight. If I find I need another mattress, I will visit your store again and ask for Dwight.
