While I really liked Dr. Middleton he has since retired. I now see Ashley Schohn, FNP, at the same facility. I absolutely love her! She is kind, caring and listens. She truly cares about her patients. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! The facility is North Valley Family Medicine in Glendale.
I brought my two very young children in who had high fevers as new patients. He listened to my worries, confirmed what I knew and educated me on how to help my babies. He has a very humble and caring demeanor that matches his excellent professionalism. I've seen Dr. Middleton many times after and he is a well educated provider that gives honest medical advice. I recommend Dr. Bentz because he is a highly qualified professional. I've seen him weekly for the past year. He always listens. He's courteous. Reliable. Prompt. He has truly helped me with my depression. If you want a kind, patient, knowledgable psychiatrist. He is the one to see. My insurance covered my visits. I was able to stay gainfully employed and did not require hospitalization, although my symptoms had been severe.
Caring, takes time with you, knowledgable, and it doesn't take much waiting to get in!
Dr Middleton is an intelligent, caring doctor that tells you like it is and explains all options available to you. I have recommended him to family and friends, who have now been with him for years. Excellent man, even better physician.
Dr. Middleton hasn’t practiced family medicine for 3 years now. He’s an addiction physician at the Meadows in Wickenburg. That’s how accurate this site is. Beware!
Several members of my family have seen Dr Middleton thru the years, but in the last 2 years, we have all switched doctors. Regardless of the ailment, he pushes weight loss surgery -- when he, himself, is well over 300 lbs. His medication suggestion for my diabetes was ill-informed; I was told by an endocrinologist that the medication given to me by Middleton never should have been prescribed with my sugars so high. Office staff is rude and unhelpful. Used to be a great doctor and practice.
