Do not rent at this complex. More than likely you won't have any insulation in the roof which will cause condensation and then creates mold and the landlord won't do anything to fix it
How about not renting an apartment to the public that is saturated in black toxic mold. Y'all should be arrested. You knew there was a mold issue at my address.. but you just painted over it.
It should not be impossible for a single mother to move to a state that would have better opportunities for herself and her children. Instead, most rental places in this area make it impossible.
