I moved into my unit and quickly discovered a severe roach infestation along with an animal who managed to drag my sticky traps away and has since affected all of my belongings, including new furniture. Despite multiple reports to management, the issue has yet to be resolved. Iāve had to discard many of my things and have barely been able to stay in the unit. My daughter hasn't been here a year. And already have to move out. Mainly because of a few Karen's next to her. One moved in months after her complain about her two small kids. But the lady had a job outside of the home but chose to work from home then started complaining. The other lady on end complained about parking but who ever she with park his truck in front of the dumpster keeping the trash men from getting trash. If you have small kids don't rent. I would not recommend anybody move here. I am so sad and heartbroken that this is the place that I chose. I just moved here in March so Iām stuck here till next year. It has no working AC right now. It is 100Ā° outside and I donāt have any air conditioning in my home only a small wall unit that only cools off the hallway area because thatās where it is no vents for air to come through. I never got a walk through the apartment I was approved for I was told by the end of April my bathroom tub would be touched up still nothing canāt take a bath cause chip paint floating in water also faucets stay dripping water no vent in bathroom no vent in kitchen so when your frying food you have to have your back door open also every time I turn my kitchen light on a water bug is running across the floor the apartment only have one air and heat unit which is in the front room other rooms either cold ass hell or overly hot...Ā read more
They are the worse. They go up on the rent every year, but won't do any renovations in the apartments. No central heat and air, but have a unit on the wall that only cools and heats in that area. What they are charging for rent is ridiculous. Charging 2024 prices for apartments that look like 1980's!!!!Ā
