My husband and I were married in April 2016 and had our reception at the Barn in Aubrey. We received so many compliments on how beautiful, original, and fun it was (especially the gorgeous chandeliers) and I can't wait to get our pictures back soon! We had 160 people there, a band, buffet dinner, big dance floor, HUGE head table (27 people!) and the barn had plenty of space without feeling too big. We got married at the Milestone in April and overall, the experience was good, but I wouldn’t say great. The planning meetings with Meghan before the day of were extremely helpful in making me feel more prepared for the day of. However, we had a lot of problems on the wedding day, so want to pass along for others considering the Milestone. We had selected two main courses - chicken and beef. We had our wedding on 01/09/2016 at the Denton Mansion and it was perfect! Chloe was our coordinator and literally everything was taken care of. Stress free wedding planning! The staff was great the day of the wedding, couldn't have been more pleased.
I was married here on 9.6.15 and was absolutely amazing by the venue and staff. The wedding planner, Lauren, was absolutely incredible. She answered every email, tended to every phone call, and did it with a smile! I could not have asked for a better place to have our special day. They made it so easy!!
Aside from the fact that the milestone is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, I would just like to focus my review on their customer service. From the very first time you speak with them on the phone, until the end of your wedding night, I cannot even find the words to describe how wonderful their customer service is. Absolutely loved having my wedding there! Meghan and the whole Milestone team did a wonderful job and made me feel so special and relaxed on our wedding day. I definitely recommend them! I couldn't imagine having my wedding anywhere else. The venue is gorgeous, friendly staff, yummy food, and well worth every penny!
My husband and I tied the knot at this location and we enjoyed a gorgeous atmosphere for both the ceremony and reception. The staff attended promptly to our every need and was always very courteous. I recently got married and had my reception here. I thought that it was just gorgeous! The grounds were just beautiful and the inside was breathtaking. They were all very helpful and accommodating to my needs. They answered emails quickly and let me come visit as many times as I needed to and to show my family the place.
