When we ran into obstacles along the way in the mortgage process, Michelle did all she could to reassure us and to lead us to solutions each time. Because our mortgage process was all done remotely, with electronic signatures, the Moore team kept in touch by mail or by phone almost everyday, so that we knew exactly what documents were completed and what documents were outstanding the entire time. Their patience was greatly appreciated.
