Okay... for a budget If you are a young adult then this is an okay place for you. You can have a cheap (yes cheap, not inexpensive)place to live with some problems while you try to build your credit up or are trying to work your way up in your career. Do they care about their residents? Eh. The apartments are cheap for a reason, not enough to not live here though if you're just getting out into the world, or just don't have enough options. Not Happy We have had several issues from the start. Continue to have issues with water being turned off regularly for emergencies; no fitness center as advertised on website; pools not being unlocked on time. Many other issues....
