The check in guy had weird energy. He did not properly answer questions nor did he seem interested in the fact that i had a few questions. The carpeted area in my room was not freshly vacuumed. The bed was very comfortable. The valet guys were cool.

Great experience! From start to finish the hotel was exceptional! I absolutely loved my one bedroom suite—it was great—clean, chic and comfortable! Throughout my stay I received several texts messages from the manager and staff on duty if I needed anything to make my stay more comfortable! Jose at first desk was very professional, pleasant and helpful! The location was nice with eateries within walking distance! I could stay in my room all day that is how comfortable I felt!
