The best kept hotel secret in DC. Beautiful hotel rooms and the staff are so kind, polite, professional and bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. A
Customer service was very slow. I ordered a cart for my luggage it never came, I ordered a menu for room aervice it came after an hour, I asked for my receipt and she said it will be aent via email. Just not good service
Beautiful room Despite there being an issue with the linen company causing a delay in our check in by a few hours, the service was wonderful. The room was beautiful and the stay was enjoyable. The complimentary meal was also much appreciated.
This hotel was one of the best that I have ever stayed at. All the staff were so nice, welcoming and super accommodating! I will definitely be recommending and I will be back soon! One of my favs.
