Everyone at the mortgage firm was super helpful and responsive. My processor was difficult to get in touch with, which is the only reason I give 9 instead of 10. Rarely did she return phone calls and usually took a day or so to get a response via email. Yaya was fantastic though!

Charles and his team are the best. This was our first big purchase and they made it convenient and smooth for us. They coached us the whole way through and assured us that we had nothing to worry about even when everything submitted to the underwriter.
