Brian was a human being in the midst of a crazy world of predatory mortgage lender calls and all that is needed to be learned during the first time home buying process. He was calm and responsive with all of our concerns and questions. It was a good contrast to all of the aggressive mortgage lending calls that we were getting as soon as banks found out we were searching for a mortgage! From my initial online inquiry, to my in person meeting with Jerry to date of closing- less than 30 days. Jerry, Ashley and Julia have been exceptional.
