Our situation was unique as my husband is transitioning out of the military. I really appreciate Shane for not giving up on us and continuing to work with us throughout this whole process as we were looking and many different options for financing and it was months in the making. Shane and his team answered every question we had any time and with great courtesy as well. This was a learning experience for us. Shane and his team did a wonderful job to guide us through it!

The team was very attentive to detail and were quick to respond questions. Communication throughout the process was great. Katherine was great giving me the tips getting credit up and Hernando was on point getting the documents needed, made it for a smoother process.

Kelly has always been over the top in communication in making sure everything goes smoothly (within reason). I know my husband and I were not the easiest client as we are both business owners and she has helped us over the years with preapprovals and this was finally the year that we were able to pull the plug and make a purchase. She really does go above and beyond and it is very evident she doesn't just care about the money. She really does have your best interests at heart.

Rob does a great job of patiently explaining each step of the process as you are going through it and what and when to anticipate the next step. He's very pleasant and knowledgeable. Tara does a very thorough job with all the paperwork and deadlines. My overall experience was one without headaches and worries.
