Underwriter waited till last minute the day I was supposed to close to do my final review and found a problem and wouldn’t approve the loan to clear the close. If the final review would’ve been reviewed the day before closing the issues could have been addressed that day so that closing could have been on the actual date it was supposed to be on. And since closing was supposed to be on a Friday we couldn’t close again till the following Wednesday due to the weekend and the bank not being open on that Monday for a holiday. Ot... read more
