More communication at the end. This deal got very complicated and bogged down. I know much of that was due to condo we bought into, but I believe we started too late on that aspect of the deal and this put us behind. It all started off really well. Ken and all those involved in the lead up to loans was fantastic! Really great. During the process, a bit more clunky. At the end, quite difficult and anxiety producing. Ken himself was helpful, professional, and good.
