We absolutely loved our experience with The Mortgage Firm! I actually ended up switching to this lender at the last minute, because they had better programs and interest rates to offer compared to my previous lender. Their communication was awesome, and my realtor continued to rave about how great they were. There were always responsive and transparent with us every step of the way. Staff is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!! The best part for me is that I never felt overwhelmed, was only given one task a day not 20 things. Everyone was very patient with me. I never felt like it was just a job from the staff, they seemed to be very personable. LOVE LOVE LOVE Thanks so much

I was always informed of what was going on. Transparency and being kept in the loop were key. Yes, there were things that came up here and there, but I was notified in a timely manner, had plenty of leeway to handle issues and we closed on-time with no issue.
