Everyone was very responsive, quick and thorough communication. Only issue is that since we were working with a lender and title company and also getting a ton of spam- it was sometimes unclear which emails were real and which were spam when new people from the office would contact us requesting information. There were a lot of people from the mortgage firm and island title contacting us, and it did get confusing at times.
