Tim goes above and beyond. When we first told him that we found a home that we absolutely loved, he said, at 10pm, that he would get the pre-approval to us that night. And he did! Tim also had incredible communication with our realtor, making sure that everyone was on the same page. Tim has now been my loan guy twice, and if I ever find myself purchasing another home, Tim will be the only guy I call!
