The process was little slow once the plan had changed in term of the missing pieces. And the communication with me was kind lady minutes. Also the keep asking paper that was already sent. I just think they was a lack of communication inside the team. I would say fir the small amount of loan it was time consuming, and stressful process for all. All in all it was a good experience for me as a first buyer. You did help me switch a job ASAP and get my employee make it happen in timely manner😊

Anne was very helpful, I was able to go to her with questions whenever I had them. I could be confident knowing that Anne was taking care of the mortgage and I did not need to micro manage. This allowed me to focus on the other aspects of buying a home. I loved the personal touch as well.
