Shanda and team were hands on. They calmed my fears. Meet up with me to assist with the dreaded IRS wait time for my transcripts. I had an original closing date of 2/28/22. Date got pushed up to 2/21 and then 2/18. Can you imagine my anxiety levels when I thought I wasn’t going to make the closing date. Shanda told me not to worry, that it would happen.
