Overall my experience with Caryl and her team was great. I have to say that initially I felt that there were things that did not make a lot of sense to me - discussing inquiries on my credit report that made no difference to the outcome of the loan - but I later understood that it was meant to be for my benefit and making sure that there was no fraud going on. If this would have been stated in the beginning I think it would have been helpful to me as it send my mind into overdrive that we potentially might not get the loan. ... read more
