All of the members of the team were very helpful and patient (I'm not totally tech savvy). Sometimes it was confusing on the Portal because I wasn't sure where to find certain things but overall great help. The only thing that was frustrating was not to be able to get in touch with some of the members of the team and having to rely on voicemail messages.
