The ease and swiftness of the process. The patience and understanding he has for someone like me who works, now over 33 years at night, and often needs reminding and assistance during the process be it day or at night. I once made the mistake and called him at 3a.m while I was showing my co-workers his number on my phone and he called me back within minutes. I felt bad and decided to write down his number and hand it out so I won't wake him again.
