Brian was probably the most responsive person I have ever dealt with from any company. We had many phone conversations where he answered all our questions throughout the entire process. His answers were measured and always helpful in allowing us to make the decisions that were best for us. On prior homes we used a specific bank and this process was much easier. I’ve talked to two real estate agents since we closed and I found myself telling them they need to have their clients use Brian.
