Todd Shepard made the process of applying for a mortgage loan for the first time in 33 years painless. He was pleasant to speak with, explained each step of the process and answered all our questions. Todd communicated with us frequently about the status of the application and was a pleasure to work with. His assistant, Danielle, was also extremely helpful and responsive as well. Kevin and Taylor were always pleasant and never impatient or rushed when I called. I always felt as if me and my loan were a priority to them unlike another lender I had been using. The underwriting team also made this a great experience even though the amount of items they needed to process my loan was astronomical. They explained why certain verifications were needed and how to obtain some of them. I am so glad I switched to Cornerstone and highly recommended this team!

If I could rate higher I would!!! As a Veteran it is important to me to have great service. I felt like I was his only client and we had a roller coaster of a process with the VA. He was able to communicate with myself and my realtor to make the deal happen. This is the second time I have worked with him and I will work with him on any home purchases in the future.
