Painless. The only single suggestion I have for improvement is that rates fluctuatted (often down) during the course of our refinance and since the refinance the media is reporting a significant new fee was eliminated. I would have appreciated hearing if there were any options to unlock/reduce my interest rate and/or not pay the fee. Or even to hear if those were not options for me and why.
