Admittedly, my wife and I had a pretty difficult situation with my self employment income and qualifying for a construction loan. From the start the communication was timely and consistent. Our situation was somewhat unique in that we were BOTH self employed and there were extra hoops to jump through for verification. Judith was able to give a preliminary approval quickly and then followed us through the entire process and was even present at our closing. There is not enough space to tell how knowledgeable and efficient this team is. We wasted 3 yrs trying other companies not getting answers but this team was awesome.
