I felt like the processor could have been better prepared. There were times were information we sent in was misplaced. It's just a matter of coaching your employees. Instead of saying you can't find what we're asking for over the phone, just say let me pull up your file or gather your information and call you back. Overall I felt everything was great. Tim is da man!!! The dedication this company has speaks volumes.
