He's very responsive and I understand Micah shouldn't be blamed for the following: First, the rate offered wasn't most competitive and he matched the lowest rate I received. I did so to help him have this business. Secondly, comparing to my previous experience, it was too much paper works, signs at too many times. I failed to get the website opened from my iOS devices for security issues. I could only access from windows.
