Dan was referred from a neighbor and i was very satisfied as far as communication and willingness to help me get things done. This was our first time refinancing a mortgage and if you are on the same boat, i would highly recommend that you do your homework and learn the best you can of the process so you can ask the right questions as i think a mortgage is a long term commitment and will hurt you financially if you don't make the right decision. I'm one of those people that want to understand things and I'm lucky to have had Evan helping us though the mortgage and home purchase as his didactic approaches really resonated with me. As a first time home buyer all the new jargon and numbers thrown around can be intimidating to say the least.
