Responses to questions were great up to the end. The final settlement amount disclosure could have been handled better. We were still not sure of the amount needed at settlement when we went. Fortunately the check we needed to write was less then $500 dollars, or they would not have been able to accept a personal check.

Tim is amazing but there were communication issues between team members, Tim, title company and myself. That is the only room I see for improvement. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.
