I was shopping for refinance quotes for a quite some time. I kept leaving messages for companies to call me back, but I never heard anything for 3-5 days at minimum. This was frustrating because I knew interest rates were starting to climb. I called Gina at 445 on a Friday and left a message. By 455, she called me back, gathered all my information, and told me she would prepare a quote and get back to me. I had my quote by 0830 the next morning. Awesome customer service!
