I had a contract on a house and my previous lender denied the loan but Amber and Mily from the Mortgage Firm did everything in their power to save the contract so they went above and beyond to make it happen and successfully managed to help me close on the house. We started looking for a house in 2020. They stuck with us the whole time. They helped throughout the whole process. Whenever we had a question Amber was always there to answer it. When we had issues with our original down payment assistance, she quickly rectified the situation and got us setup with a new one so we didn’t miss out on the perfect home we found. They made the whole process so smooth.
