I had a fairly complex loan need. A transition from W2 to self employment and a VA loan and they handled it all in stride closing a fairly aggressive timeline without missing a beat! I was impressed as I have had conventional mortgages with nothing special take longer.

Kyle gladly offered, and did, go above for me. The company was thinking of lending me money wanted so many documents. Kyle and his team helped by working with me on what documents I needed, introduced to a wonderful new phone app, and even scanned in documents at Kyle's office (which he didn't have to do, but did because he's extremely sweet). Kyle took the time to explain anything I didn't understand throughout the process. After the closing of my loan, he told me he was still going to be there to help me if anything arose.
