My husband and I were very intimidated with the home buying process and didnt know what steps to take with the purchase of our first home, but the team at the Mortgage Firm were extremely patient with us and took the time to explain the process. Tina and her team would explain each step as it occurred and would call to give us weekly updates and were available and easy to reach when we had questions. They made the purchase of our first home as stress free as possible
