Vicki and Clarissa were great in all aspects. The number one reason they were great was their communication. I didn’t have to reach out to them with questions, they were constantly checking in to see if I needed anything or had any questions. I don’t think they once said I won’t be available. As far as getting us approved for our loan amount they went through ever scenario possible to get us to where we needed to be that was comfortable for us but not over extending.
