Joe at all time during the process was available via phone or email to address all questions and concerns. Joe remained professional and offer good advice to myself and my partner as first time home buyers. Joe took the time to provide explanations and provide further clarity to the issue we found to be complex. I enjoyed joes attitude and pleasant demeanor.
