For me the reason this process felt so smooth was because I tried to be as transparent as possible with Stan and then from there let him take the lead and trust in his process. The communication came from him or his team whenever something needed to be cleared up or completed from my end and I always tried to get that information to him as soon as possible. We were having difficulty with paperwork for the underwriter, she not only talked Steve through it she met him in person and sent the required forms. She went the step above. This is the 2nd time we've used Laura and she is fabulous.
