Jason was ever so helpful, taking us through the whole process and willing to answer any questions we had. We are first time buyers, looking to start a new mortgage - Jason had a lot of patience, going back and forth, as the lender asked for different bits of information from us bit-by-bit. I can recommend the Mortgage Hub. I had used the company previously and was impressed. then, by their practical efficient approach. Recently I needed financial advice and used them again. I dealt with Ian on both occasions who was extremely helpful. It was clear that he was an experienced advisor which inspired confidence. He was very calm and patient, as by skilful questioning, he got a full financial picture and recommended a way forward. Everything progressed efficiently and quickly as he had set out.
Jason was very helpful with explaining all the details to me. And very helpful at getting the best deal that suited me. Also very quick to respond back to me via email whenever I had a question about something. Would highly recommend
