This rating is because I observed your front desk staff turn away a lady with a leg brace who was obviously in distress. I don’t have all the details but she pleaded with your person at the front desk and her pleas were ignored. If you treat the disabled this way, I want nothing to do with Cedar Lake MRI. To your patient, the young lady, God bless you because you handled the matter with grace.
Had MRI on right knee and the staff was very nice and checked on me a couple time during my MRI. Two thumps up
