We had a wonderful experience with The Neal Estate team overall, but the highlight was our realtor Scott. As first time home buyers we felt rather overwhelmed with the process in the beginning, but Scott's patience, knowledge, and guidance made the entire process seamless. What a super group of people! Karie was my primary contact. Not only did she make herself available to meet our schedule on each of our 3 trips to BC, but she was patient enough to allow time for us to upsell ourselves to meet market conditions! On the occasion where she was unable to meet with us, one of her colleagues, Scott did a beautiful job of stepping in. Overall, thanks to the effort of this team we had a pleasant experience finding our great new home!
