Both times, I was impressed with his professionalism and his staff’s professionalism including providing timely and accurate service. Neal and his team have sold 2 houses for me and have represented me for another that was a purchase. What can I say, they are great! The first house I sold was a very difficult transaction, but Neal found us a buyer, and we were able to move a difficult property at a difficult time in the market. Neal & Team are great! When we listed our house the market was unpredictable. Our house was on the market longer than we would have liked but I was never worried. I always felt informed, well supported and confident that we would find the right buyer and we would get the best price possible. This is the first time I sold a house with Neal. I saw his signs over the years throughout my neighborhood and I thought he would be the best choice to use. In an effort to sell my mothers home I went looking for an agent who knew the area, market and could get it done. Everyone I spoke with including other agents from other states recommended Neal. I never did get to meet Neal, but the house never hit the MLS. He sold it above asking on the first day, first showing. From that day it was about 3 weeks for closing, everyone left happy, the process was easy, well scripted and painless. Could not have been a better experience.
