They aren't closley monitored about who comes into visit staff at night and deny any accusations from residents claiming they are hearing things. i had to leave under their false claims they administered therapy so many times as required by medi, and probably charged them. they choose to lie and not address my concerns.
SO short staffed and management does nothing to assist.
Night staff is very abusive! I was a personal victim of this abuse.

This place doesn't treat the elderly as they should AT ALL. Nurses never answer the call button, never clean patients room, aren't very gentle or understanding of patients needs. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. My grandpa was never bathed, so I would do it when i came up. His pneumonia progressed extremely and never checked his ox/pulse, although they did today when they sent him down to therapy, after he told them he kept feeling worse and knew something wasnt right, he is now in the hospital and WILL NOT be returnin... read more
