RecommendedIt was only my first appointment, so I need to withhold judgement. However the office was neat and clean and the staff was friendly, organized and helpful.

RecommendedI highly recommend Dr. Gupta is amazing and I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing a neurologist. I’m so grateful to her for taking the time to find out what is wrong with me. I have never met such a compassionate doctor before and believe me I have seen plenty of doctors. The office staff and nurses are so sweet and helpful.
I had a appointment Thursday 3/9/23 Was never acknowledge and not welcomed,both of the receptionist We’re to busy talking to each other I wrong my name down and was not called up I did check in from my phone after like 20 minutes I was called to the back into room,once there my vitals were taking and small test taken,then doctor came in and asked questions and I express my concerns but he did say I had not to worry about because of my age but I do worry about things going on with me ,then he send me to do blood work and that... read more
Awful experience! Wasn't seen till an hour after my scheduled apt. Which I would totally forgive if the Dr was helpful. But he was not! Apparently since my MRI was good then all my symptoms are just something I'll have to live with. He didn't order any other tests or provide any information/referrals to help me. Basically just sat and stared at me! Very awkward! I will be looking for another dr to help me elsewhere! Hopefully someone more knowledgeable and that cares to help their patients.
Dr Wu did not introduce herself, came in like a tornado, talked very fast and didn’t take time to listen or ask questions about responses. She did, however, review records we brought in. We understood we should wait in the waiting room while she thought about our situation. After a half hour, we questioned when she was going to get back with us. This review is for my son Jonathan. He WAS a patient of the Neuron Clinic and Dr. Huisa but no more. I'm done with them. The office and Doctor are the worst I've encountered and I've dealt with a lot of Doctors. There is absolutely no communication with them. They NEVER return calls and they just haven't a clue as to what's going on. I've been waiting for months for months for a call back for the next steps to take and have heard nothing. Worst experience in my life. Most uncaring so called professionals. I have been treated as an imposition on their practice. Imaging center, advice me that what was order for me, had nothing to do with my need. my referral requested immediate attention, going to 2 months. NO FOLLOW UP. They cancel my follow up appointment without notification or call. I have left them several messages, they DO NOT CALL BACK. Terrible experience! if you can afford go somewhere else.
